“I’ve entrusted Eric Filios at Aardvark Productions with a multitude of post-production projects over the years. He brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and technical know-how to the table, and is one of the most highly-regarded editors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.”

At Aardvark Productions, we try to match your final output needs with
the proper editing suite. If your source footage is Beta SP or DVcam,
and you’re working in SD for broadcast, we'll probably recommend
the Affinity room. If your final output is DV or for a computer, we'll
steer you towards one of the Final Cut Pro stations.
In other words, we won't
try to sell you a
Cadillac when all you need is a Toyota.
We have different editing suites with different purposes. The Affinity suite
is perfectly suited for either 4x3 or 16x9 SD broadcast editing, whether
you shoot in digibeta, beta-SP, DVcam, mini DV, DVC Pro, HDV or even VHS.
This is our most widely used editing station because
it’s fast,
clean and versatile.
What’s not to like?
A second Final Cut Pro Studio2 station is HD and SD capable.
This
dual processor G5 Mac-based system has an external
Medea Raid drive and two large
internal drives for plenty of storage. Graphics/compositing are also included
here with Apple’s Motion and LiveType, and Adobe Photoshop and AfterEffects.
The Cinema Display monitors show stunningly beautiful pictures, too. This
station also doubles as our DVD authoring area.
Finally, our comfy HD suite is uncompressed and
uncompromising. Features Leitch Velocity HD with DFX+ and TitleMotion Pro. HD-SDi in and out. But can also edit in SD.
