What’s Up?

Here's what we've been working on these days

• Aardvark just finished a set of "digital stories" for the Compass Group's Women's Leadership Network, with Gentry Kirby and Tim Lewis co-producing. Name of the video was "One Company, Many Voices".  It was a 2-camera shoot on DVcam in SD, with the B-camera changed to B&W and grain added in post (Final Cut Pro Studio 2).
• Aardvark Productions finished a fun, musical event-promotion video for the USO with Randy Bolen of Camera One, International, that was shot in HD on Panasonic P2 solid state media.

 

• Aardvark finished post on the “National School Scrabble Championship”, a one-hour ESPN show for Bard Entertainment and Mike Long Worldwide. This is the third year in a row we’ve posted this show. This year’s competition took place in Providence, Rhode Island
• Aardvark just completed a full season of editing the ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour races for VisionCast and Ligon Productions. Shot on beta-SP and DVcam, and edited in Final Cut Pro Studio2.
• Along with Blue Planet Creative, we completed a dual-language   training video for the Rutherfoord Insurance Group   and Maid Bridgade.

• Aardvark’s Eric Filios has been hired to run the EVS replay machine (the “Elvis”) for the Charlotte Bobcats’ home games this season, in addition to about a dozen Carolina Hurricanes hockey games.

• Aardvark’s Affinity suite was rented by Blue Planet Creative to produce several commercials and marketing videos.
